- Managing administrative-related tasks and improving customer support by;
- Keeping record of customer proposals, order capturing, and confirmations
- Processing purchase orders, sales orders, and reports
- Reviewing client T&C’s – align with Normet T&C’s
- Processing and issuing order confirmations (spare parts)
- Tracking Spare part lead times
- Expediting of spare parts, prioritization of part supply, rush orders vs planned spares supply, and investigating alternative sourcing to expedite and improve lead times with NIL for customer Back Orders
- Back-order report analysis and reconciliation
- Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.
