Job Description

Overview
This individual will maintain daily seating rosters and daily visitor logs. Resource will be responsible for walking the floors, taking daily attendance, creating daily reports for Leadership, and tracking daily visitors. Reports will include creating pivot tables in Microsoft Excel.

• Good time management

Preferred Skills
• SharePoint Experience
• Ability to create pivot tables

Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree

Hours per week: 20.
