Job Description
1. Introduction / Perimeter
The Process Manager MEA operates within the outbound logistics framework for the MEA region (Middle East & Africa). The role focuses on driving process efficiency, cost, and operational synergies.
2. Activity Description
- Continuously improve existing logistics processes.
- Develop and implement new processes based on operational needs.
- Drive standardization and simplification of reporting across MEA.
- Contribute to logistics engineering and solution design.
- Conduct economic and operational analyses.
- Monitor deliverables and report progress every six months to the Business Manager.
3. Main Deliverables
- Maritime data recovery.
- Creation of KPIs and presentation to carriers.
- Management of action plans.
- Contract negotiation meetings with carriers.
4. Main Interactions
- Internal (STELLANTIS) :
- Business Manager (GPSC / GSC / SCMA).
- Purchasing, operations, and engineering teams.
- External :
- Logistics Providers (LPs).
Diplômé d’un Bac +5 en génie industriel ou logistique
1 an et plus d'expérience
Technical Skills
- Fluent in English.
- Strong knowledge of automotive outbound logistics (economic and operational aspects).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to perform economic analysis.
- Data management and reporting.
- Experience in logistics engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
- Master’s degree in engineering (Bac +5).
