We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Team Leader to support our warehouse operations in Nettetal. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, developing teams, and helping to create a positive and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- You support, motivate, and guide a team of warehouse operatives in their daily activities.
- You help create a positive, respectful, and collaborative working environment.
- You provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to team members.
- You support the onboarding and development of new employees.
- You act as a first point of contact for team members and provide guidance when needed.
- You monitor daily performance and support the team in achieving operational targets and customer expectations.
- You help ensure high standards of quality, productivity, and accuracy across warehouse operations.
- You work closely with Operations Managers and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day processes.
- You assist with workforce planning and resource allocation to meet operational requirements.
- You encourage continuous improvement and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and operational performance.
- You support the implementation of best practices and process improvements.
- You ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, company procedures, and operational standards.
- You help maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- You have experience working in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or operational environment.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage, but not essential for candidates with strong potential and the right attitude.
- You have basic computer skills and feel comfortable working with warehouse management systems and digital tools.
- You are a positive, proactive, and solution-oriented individual.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You enjoy working with people and know how to motivate and engage a diverse team.
- You lead by example and take ownership of your responsibilities.
- You are flexible and willing to support changing operational requirements.
- You remain organised and focused in a fast-paced environment.
