Senior Service Technician – Immediate Need | Take the Lead Day One   What you will be doing: We are seeking a Senior Service Technician with a “Whatever It Takes” approach to join our team! This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be expected to step in, take ownership, and deliver results right away. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the community meet company standards and applicable laws. As the Senior Service Technician, you will: Lead, develop, and mentor the team in diagnosing problems and completing repairs Provide expert-level troubleshooting in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances Work with PTAC systems (PTAC experience preferred) Be accountable for a 24-hour on-call schedule, including personal availability for emergencies such as snow, ice, or urgent site issues Manage and organize inventory of all maintenance materials Establish and drive schedules – on-call coverage, preventive maintenance, make-readies, and daily work orders Conduct regular inspections of community buildings and vacant units Execute tasks assigned by the Service Manager with urgency and accountability What Sets You Apart: We’re looking for a driven professional who takes pride in their work and is committed to long-term career growth and skill development, including pursuing certifications.
