Team Lead Molding & Assembly (1st Shift, WI Local)

Nissha Medical Technologies - New Richmond is looking for a Molding & Assembly Operations Team Lead to join our first shift on-site (M-F, 7AM-3:30PM)! The Molding & Assembly Operations Team Lead is responsible for driving daily operational excellence within the assembly team. Working closely with the Production Supervisor, this role ensures all projects are executed to meet SQDC goals (Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost). The Team Lead is a champion for Isometric’s continuous improvement standards.
