Job Description
The following are minimum requirements for this labor classification:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in event planning, event supervision, and event facilitation
- Must have a bachelor's degree
- Ability to perform administrative duties such as preparing quality documents, reports and slides and coordinating briefings, conferences, teleconferences, telephone inquiries, meeting preparation, attendanceand minutes
- Ability to manage time and events effectively
- Must have Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience in preparing, editing and finalizing correspondence, documents and briefings
