Job Description

Team Global Express are seeking applications from an experienced Head of Road Safety & Chain of Responsibility to lead our national compliance, governance and assurance framework across TGE Freight & TGE Parcels.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager – Safety you will be the organisation's senior subject matter expert for HVNL and Chain of Responsibility compliance, ensuring regulatory excellence, audit readiness and a strong safety culture across our transport network.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing NHVAS accreditation, driving continuous improvement, managing compliance risk, and partnering with operational leaders to embed best-practice safety and CoR standards across the business.

We're looking for a proven leader with deep expertise in transport compliance, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for creating safer, more accountable supply chains.

Location: Ideally Melbourne or Sydney.
