Vendor Management Specialist (Contract)

• Evaluate vendors using predefined criteria, supporting streamlined processes and efficient resource acquisition.
• Collaborate with teams to clarify data requirements for better data utilization in strategic planning.
• Update and maintain vendor databases in Microsoft Excel.
• Collect, manage, and analyze data from vendor management systems for insights.
• Extract insights from Central Data to ensure data integrity and accurate vendor records.
• Create detailed reports to aid decision-making and enhance vendor strategies.

• Undergraduate student, preferably from industrial engineering/financial technology/related field.
• Proficient in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation) for data management and analysis.
• Skilled in creating presentations and dashboards to communicate vendor insights.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems.
• Ability to address vendor management challenges by using data to identify solutions and drive improvements.
• Strong multitasking abilities for vendor data management tasks.
• Able to work for 6 months.
• Willing to work onsite at Karawaci, Tangerang.
