Job Description:
Job Summary:
IAS – Incentive Administrative System is a tool to process incentives for services rendered by UPS and create legal contracts with new customers and amend existing contracts. IAS is a part of marketing and provides information to different UPS departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deals with high-value, revenue-generating customers by preparing customized contracts based on specific client requirements. Ensure accurate and timely rate implementation in systems, requiring strong domain knowledge and attention to detail.
• Process contracts for new and existing UPS customers, Autorenewal of expired contracts and contract cancellation for non-shipping customers.
• Handle and coordinate Special tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to established procedures and operational guidelines as per business requirement.
• Maintain 100% quality standards in all deliverables.
• Work within time-sensitive environments, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Adapt to changes in work schedules or shifts based on operational needs.
• Utilize strong keyboard and system skills for efficient processing.
Knowledge
• Knowledge of MS Office with hands on experience in MS Excel

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good Excel knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure especially during high-volume periods.
• High level of dedication and patience to work for high revenue strategic customers.

Education
• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in Excel-intensive or data processing roles.
