
Human Resources Generalist - Entry Level
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry level HR Generalist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow their career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll, benefits, and timekeeping processes
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Coordinate employee training and engagement activities
- Respond to employee questions and provide HR support
- Assist with various HR projects and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Previous office or customer service experience is a plus
