This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Eaton’s presence in Bangalore by managing key partner relationships and strengthening the channel ecosystem. You will work closely with channel partners to enhance their capabilities, broaden market reach, and maximize business potential. This position offers an exciting opportunity to build strong customer networks, develop the market, and make a significant impact on Eaton’s business growth.
- Drive Growth in Your Territory - Lead revenue and gross margin objectives for Bangalore region by building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Achieve Sales Targets - Deliver profitable sales volumes while meeting department objectives across key partner accounts.
- Grow Eaton’s Market Presence - Actively contribute to increasing Eaton’s market share by understanding customer/partner needs, competitor landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Expand Market Reach - Ensure effective channel coverage across all areas of your territory, tapping into both existing and new markets.
- Build & Strengthen Channel Ecosystem - Manage, nurture, and expand Eaton’s channel partners — ensuring they are well-supported, motivated, and aligned with our business goals.
- Empower Channel Partners - Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance partner capabilities and promote Eaton’s products, values, and solutions.
- Provide Market Insights to Management - Stay attuned to market trends and competition, and share actionable insights with the product management and marketing teams to help shape strategy.
Qualifications:
- B.E. in Electrical & Electronics .
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in sales, channel management.
Skills:
Strong understanding of UPS products, channel business, power quality solutions, and related technologies.
- Strong Negotiation Skills – Ability to influence partners and customers to drive sales outcomes.
- Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management – Builds trust and long‑term partnerships with channel partners and customers.
- Effective Communication – Clear, confident communication for product discussions, training sessions, and partner engagement.
- Channel Partner Engagement – Skilled at understanding, training, and motivating partners to enhance their performance.
