Job Description
- Champion zero-defect performance by leading quality activities and building quality into our daily manufacturing operations from the ground up.
- Drive continuous improvement by using your expertise in SPC, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to enhance process capability and reduce scrap.
- Act as a key quality partner, collaborating closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure our processes are robust and reliable.
- Ensure we meet the highest standards by leading and supporting internal, customer, and supplier audits in compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Be a hands-on leader on the production floor, reviewing quality data, participating in daily Gemba walks, and guiding teams through structured problem-solving.
