Job Description

The HR Business Partner II provides HR guidance and consultation to multiple business units with heavy emphasis in employee relations investigations. This role will create, foster and support partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees. The HRBP II will maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business units and is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
