How to be Successful in the Role:
To succeed in this role, you must have experience working with diverse populations and the knowledge and ability to lead and innovate programs. Most importantly, you must be client-focused and continuously work to build and maintain strong partnerships.
A commitment to professionalism, patience, and clear communication is a must, and requires a high level of understanding regarding clients living in the crisis of poverty. We are looking for a candidate who has the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, has great customer service skills, is comfortable using technology to perform work duties, has good administrative experience, attention to detail, and the ability to understand and apply eligibility criteria based on established rules.

Core Daily Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensures client requests for assistance involving a shut off notice are completed on a daily basis.
- Monitor energy assistance appointments on a weekly basis to ensure funding is not under or overspent.
- Reconciles funding for energy programs, reviewing people served, files processed and funding available.
- Develop and maintain specialized reports to track funding available and/or fee for service status.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and statistics necessary for program reports and audits required by funding sources.
