The role:

This role of BMW Genius is all about promoting the BMW brand on technical superiority, as an expert on BMW's largest ever product range; and transferring your enthusiasm for the brand through exceptional customer service. In this role, you must have a desire to exceed customer expectations and enjoy going the extra mile for your customers. With strong interpersonal skills you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the dealership's customer base.

Your Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Informing customers on product specifications of all BMW products and features
• Qualifying the needs of the customer
• Keeping the product knowledge within the dealership at a high level
• Being the main point of contact for the customer to answer questions about products incl. usage/functions

What we need from you:

• Highly motivated with a strong enthusiasm for the BMW brand
• Strong customer service skills
• A strong work ethic
• A current drivers licence
• Excellent communication skills
