Senior Proposals Specialist
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Strategic Client Enablement team at Mercer. This role will be based in Amman, Jordan. As a Proposals Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating complex new business and defensive bids, ensuring high-quality proposals and presentations that align with client needs.
We will count on you to:
Write original content for proposals and presentations in response to RFPs, tailored to the audience's knowledge level.
Review drafts from team contributors for clarity, conciseness, and accuracy.
Identify strategic opportunities within RFPs to enhance value for clients.
Collaborate with internal resources to integrate specific information into proposals.
Manage the proposal development process, including creating work plans and schedules.
Formulate opportunity strategies in partnership with Client Managers and consulting teams.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s Degree.
Strong understanding of human resources, bids and consulting concepts and relevant industry practices.
Excellent command of oral and written English.
The ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
What makes you stand out?
Knowledge of relevant third-party service providers, including their products and services.
Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Experience with IT packages, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
