Specialist - GSC Master Data Management - Global Service Centre

The Master Data Management Team at DP World is seeking a capable professional to support global digital transformation initiatives within the Global Service Centre. The role reports to the Manager, MDM (India) and collaborates with global enterprise stakeholders. The individual will manage critical master data processes across Customer, Vendor, and Item domains, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and system alignment. The role involves supporting large-scale data cleanup activities, driving automation-led efficiency improvements, coordinating integration issue resolution with IT teams, and contributing to continuous strengthening of SOP controls. The position also serves as a functional resource for complex data and system-related matters.
