Field Service Technician-Remote

The Remote Service Technician is based within the Central California Valley, and travels to customer homes/sites, to assist with questions and concerns, and resolve warranty issues by identifying and addressing potential defects within Cavco’s warranties and commitments for manufactured housing repairs. The incumbent may work independently or under direct supervision, executing specific process steps under continuous quality review and coaching as needed. This position will work primarily in the Modesto and Sacramento areas.
