Currently we are looking for: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Krakow/Brzesko (Poland)
Your responsibilities:
- Cooperating with the customer’s Logistics and Purchasing departments
- Handling customer orders in line with agreed contracts
- Monitoring the execution of sales plans for assigned customers
- Controlling stock levels, receivables and returnable packaging
- Preparing reports and summaries
- Supporting Sales Managers in developing international markets
Your profile:
- University degree (preferred: economics, international trade or similar)
- Very good command of English (B2/C1)
- Very good command of German (B2/C1) - nice to have
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers
- Good analytical skills and well-organized approach to work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a similar role in an international environment is an advantage
- SAP experience is a plus
