POSITION SUMMARY:
The Service Parts Associate reports to the Service Parts Supervisor
Located in Tampa, FL

The Service Parts Associate you will play a crucial role in Parts fulfillment operations, focusing on receiving, stocking, inventory control, order processing, and shipping. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and coordination exposure in a warehouse environment and contribute to the smooth flow of inventory control and order fulfillment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Parts Order Processing:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, picking, packing, and staging items for shipment.
Coordinates with shipping carriers to schedule pickups.
Generate shipping labels and documentation in ERP and similar systems.
Inventory Control:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness of orders.
Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring proper labeling, stacking, and rotation of goods.
Risk Management:
Proactively monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Must have a strong focus on safety to ensure a secure work environment.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality reviews and audits to ensure deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
Implement quality improvement initiatives as necessary to enhance project outcomes and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
1 – 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse environment with fluctuating seasonal temperatures, or equivalent military or practical experience.
Ability to lift 75+ pounds and be on feet up to 6 hours a day.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.
