The Medicaid Client Executive will design, own, and execute the growth strategy in state Medicaid and adjacent state health markets. This role will drive market expansion, state partnership strategy, solution alignment to state health priorities, and implementation planning to materially reduce cost of care and operations while improving program integrity and patient outcomes.
- Build multi-year state health growth roadmap spanning Medicaid, Medicare, care quality, patient safety, rural health and payment integrity
- Serve as the primary state-health executive relationship owner for prioritized states
- Uncover challenges, program needs, data gaps, faced by state public-health and payer agencies
- Translate state pain points into scalable opportunity narratives supported by ROI modeling and statewide cost-of-care and operations reduction potential
- Lead and shape state pursuits including conceptual framing, win strategy, and pilot design
- Build, establish, and mature trusted partnerships with state health officials, policy leaders, Medicaid directors, clinical integrity leaders, public health executives, and state payer program leadership
- Represent Commence.ai at state consortiums, policy forums, Medicaid leadership convenings, and health strategy tables
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Health Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related management or technical field
- 10+ years working with state health agencies
- Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and model frameworks
- Demonstrated experience working and partnering with Accountable Care Organizations (ACO) and Managed Care Organizations (MCO)
- Proven track record building and managing relationships with state health officials, policy leaders
