Inter-Con Security Systems is hiring Armed Sergeants to support security operations for City of Richmond facilities. This role provides on-site leadership while ensuring safety, compliance, and professional security operations with a particular emphasis on customer service.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Valid Virginia DCJS Armed Registration

Minimum 1 year of armed security experience

Valid U.S. driver’s license or state ID

Fluent in written and spoken English

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
-
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime

Flexible availability; assignments and shifts may vary
