Assistant Maintenance Manager - VVTA

Role Purpose: The Assistant Maintenance Manager position is responsible and accountable for planning and coordinating daily activities during second and third shifts which support the locations strategic business and maintenance plans to sustain Contractual Requirements, Maintenance Standards, and Team Communication. The position will assist with strategic planning, direction, goals, and objectives, developing root cause analysis and corrective actions, maintenance budget, operation, and staffing. The Assistant Maintenance Manager will assume the responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager during their absence.
