As the Marketing Coordinator, you will support the execution of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role is ideal for a highly organized, adaptable marketer with strong attention to detail and a proactive, can‑do attitude. 

You will play a key role in marketing operations, campaign coordination, event execution, graphic design, and content delivery, working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers to ensure marketing activities are delivered on time and to brand standard. 

Responsibilities: 

Marketing Operations & Campaign Coordination 

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop, coordinate, and deliver marketing briefs and campaigns across multiple channels 

  • Manage the day‑to‑day coordination and execution of marketing activities and operational requirements 

  • Coordinate the end‑to‑end implementation of marketing campaigns, including timelines, assets, and deliverables 

  • Manage allocated campaign budgets, track spend, and support reporting 

  • Maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns, content, and events are accurately scheduled and up to date 

  • Provide post‑campaign reporting, including proof of advertising and performance insights to support ROAS for supplier partners 

Event & Trade Marketing Support 

  • Support the planning and delivery of brand, partner, and trade show events (including weekend support as required) 

  • Organise products, props, and marketing collateral for events, suppliers, and partners 

  • Liaise with vendors, venues, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless event execution 

Social Media & Digital Marketing 

  • Plan, manage, and schedule social media content across platforms such as Instagram and Facebook 

  • Monitor, moderate, and respond to social media engagement in line with brand tone and guidelines 

  • Support initiatives to drive follower growth, engagement, and brand visibility 

  • Analyse affiliate marketing campaigns and traffic sources to identify performance improvement opportunities 

Qualifications and Attributes: 

  • Tertiary degree or qualifications in Marketing and/or Graphic Design  

  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is highly advantageous 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment 

  • Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail 

  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work autonomously 

  • Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills 

  • High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism 

  • Confident communicator able to engage with partners, suppliers, and internal teams 

  • Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
