
Associate Staff Consultant (Sales & Marketing)
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience : 4+ Years
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential customers.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Manage lead generation activities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and other marketing channels.
- Support branding, promotional campaigns, webinars, and employer branding initiatives
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Organize Nagarro employer events for colleagues, prospects, partners, stakeholders, and other business entities in strong collaboration with other members of the HR team and leadership.
- Organize events meant to raise awareness and engagement for Nagarro as an employer of choice.
- Support the organizing of events in all other departments and practices within the company (planning, logistics, coordinating, etc.).
- Drive end-to-end Employer Branding initiatives for external and internal messaging like videos, blogs, articles etc. (from ideation, to planning, to execution, to reporting).
- Drive Internal campaigns meant to increase internal engagement.
- Design and execute creative communications programs to position our evolving global brand.
- Support the implementation of the global employer branding strategy and create communications.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
