Sr. Mechanical Utilities and Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary: As a Senior Mechanical Utilities and Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering the mechanical systems that power our cleanroom and high-tech manufacturing expansions. You will lead and support the design, development, and implementation of critical utility infrastructure—including cleanroom air systems, chilled water, process gases, exhaust, and other facility mechanical systems.

This role is central to Coherent’s multi-year site growth strategy. You will collaborate with internal engineering teams, consultants, and construction partners throughout design, construction, and commissioning to ensure systems meet performance, safety, and quality requirements. As our campus continues to expand, this position is expected to grow into long-term ownership of mechanical utility systems and related engineering processes.
