Job Description
The Associate Merchandiser, Lifestyle & Accessories supports the creation, implementation and delivery of seasonal product strategies that achieve the financial goals and KPIs of the merchandising team and the broader organization. This role plays a critical part in day-to-day merchandising operations, with ownership of key go-to-market processes that enable successful seasonal execution. The Associate Merchandiser is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative, partnering with key stakeholders to bring assortments from initial concept to launch.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (Design, Product Development) to execute seasonal assortments
- Participate in milestone meetings and market appointments, supporting timely alignment and decision-making
- Manage style set up and maintenance in PLM, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data throughout the development lifecycle
- Coordinate sample needs across the development and go-to-market process
- Prepare and maintain Product Knowledge documents; communicate product details and updates to partners
- Support market preparation, including but not limited to sample organization, system set up, market materials and internal communications
- Assist Director and Manager with weekly, monthly and seasonal sales analysis to inform future assortment decisions and identify emerging trends
- Conduct competitive analysis and help identify white space and growth opportunities within Lifestyle categories
