Graduate Program – Field Application Engineer

What awaits you

Join our Center of Excellence (COE) team in Germany and kick-start your career through an international graduate program designed to prepare you for a future role in field application engineering.

During the program, you will build strong technical and commercial skills through training, hands-on experience, and international exposure.

Networking & Learning

• Work in an international team and build your internal network
• Connect with Marketing and Product teams in Oregon (USA)
• Participate in structured training programs to support your development

 On-the-job Experience

• Gain expertise in Tektronix, Keithley, and Elektroautomatik products and solutions
• Support customers in solving pre- and post-sales technical challenges

Coaching & Development

• Learn from experienced engineers during customer visits
• Benefit from a dedicated mentor throughout the program
• Develop into a Field Application Engineer (m/f/d) within 12–18 months

 What we’re looking for

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Physics, or similar
• Interest in test & measurement / data acquisition technologies
• Strong communication skills and customer focus
• Fluent German & English
• Fast learner with innovative mindset
• Driving license & willingness to travel
