Sr Analyst International Compensation - US Based Remote

The GATE Payroll Senior Analyst is responsible for the operational, financial, and governance oversight of global payroll and tax processes across multiple countries. This role ensures payroll taxability accuracy, compliance with local tax legislation, maintenance of payroll instruction guides, and accurate client invoicing and revenue tracking. The position partners closely with the payroll system supplier, external tax providers, internal payroll teams, and client payroll contacts to deliver accurate, compliant, and scalable payroll solutions.
