From cutting-edge resources and a collaborative environment to the freedom to make an impact and more, you’ll find the ingredients you need at LPL Financial to shape your success while helping clients pursue their financial goals.

Job Overview

As the Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in executing recruitment strategies that drive the growth and success of Financial Resources Group (FRG) in the Independent Advisor Network (IAN) affiliation model of LPL Financial. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top financial advisor talent both internally and externally, while effectively communicating our FRG and LPL IAN models’ unique value proposition.

Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Advisor Recruiting, you’ll be a key liaison between FRG, IAN, LPL Financial, and prospective candidates. You will have multiple business development priorities focused on two main candidate pools: existing LPL advisors seeking more support for their business through the FRG / IAN value proposition, and outside advisors joining the FRG / IAN business model. You will build relationships, guide candidates through the recruitment life cycle, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support broader business development goals and maintain a strong, proactive recruiting pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and maintain a robust recruiting pipeline of internal LPL advisor candidates through outreach initiatives driven at the firm level

  • Achieve target outreach goals and maintain consistent follow-up with leads

  • Lead outreach campaigns aligned with the goals of FRG and IAN; actively monitoring and analyzing emerging trends, developments, and players across the industry landscape to generate recruiting opportunities

  • Clearly articulate the benefits of affiliation with FRG and IAN, including business models, policies, and platform advantages

  • Utilize Salesforce.com to track individual KPIs and understand the impact of lead flow on territory funnel and results

  • Conduct virtual meetings to evaluate advisor business models and assess cultural fit and strategic alignment

  • Collaborate with the VP of Enterprise Advisor Recruiting to evaluate advisors and their business

  • Schedule, support, manage, and attend virtual and live due diligence visits to the FRG and IAN to address advisor questions and concerns

  • Partner with Business Consultants to identify placement opportunities across the IAN network of offices

  • Partner with senior members of the recruiting team for large recruiting opportunities
