Multi-Site Maintenance Technician - Ashley Square & Timberland at Crestbruck Park I & II

We are looking for a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician for our Ashley Square & Crestbruck Park I & II locations. These communities have a total of 384 units and are located in Ankeny & Des Moines, IA. As the Multi-Site Maintenance Technician, you are responsible in aiding all general maintenance of the apartment communities. This includes routine and preventive maintenance, turnover maintenance, and other duties to maintain the properties.
