The Full-Time Hotel Breakfast Attendant is responsible for ensuring guests have a positive dining experience during breakfast service
Food Preparation and Presentation
The Full-Time Hotel Breakfast Attendant is responsible for ensuring guests have a positive dining experience during breakfast service
Food Preparation and Presentation
- Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet or menu items.
- Ensure food is fresh, properly displayed, and replenished as needed.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Guest Service
- Greet guests warmly and address their questions or needs.
- Assist with special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions)
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Keep the breakfast area clean and organized, including tables, counters, and buffet stations.
- Restock supplies like plates, utensils, and condiments.
Inventory and Restocking
- Monitor inventory and report low supplies to management.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
Compliance
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Follow hotel policies and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
What We are Looking for in a Full-Time Hotel Breakfast Attendant include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service Skills
