
Intern - Culinary and Baking/Pastry
Job Description
Culinary Intern will be exposed to the following areas: Kitchen Line positions (restaurants and banquets), Garde Manager; and prep. The Baking and Pastry Interns will be exposed to preparing a variety of desserts and baked goods for the various food and beverage outlets for the club. Intern will also be exposed to receiving and storage of food products, menu preparation.
