Bank Teller Supervisor (Peoples Bank, a division of Cornerstone Capital Bank)

The Teller Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the customer service interactions and overseeing the Teller line. Responsible for the training, supervision and coaching of the branch teller staff to ensure exemplary service. This position is also responsible for accurately processing transactions in a professional and courteous manner and in accordance with bank and regulatory policy and procedure.
