Job Description
The Graduate Assistant for Undergraduate Admissions must be an enrolled graduate student who can commit to one year of employment, work 20 hours per week, attend five weekend events each semester, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, problem-solving, teamwork, and independent work skills while being able to lift up to 25 pounds and drive a vehicle. In this role, the assistant will help supervise more than 160 Baylor Experience & Admissions Representatives (BEARs), coordinate communication and assignments for student staff, and collaborate on the planning and execution of major admissions events, including managing schedules, logistics, event preparation, setup, check-in, and guest experience oversight.
