Job Description
- Develop implementation strategies to accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by translating business use cases into actionable delivery models
- Manage the end-to-end services business process from lead to delivery, driving operational excellence through forecasting, scoping, and agreement closure
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Engineers, and consultants to define project goals, create Statements of Work, and act as the primary services contact
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal teams, partners, and customers to identify new business opportunities and drive solution adoption
- Create and refine repeatable content such as best practice recommendations, tutorials, and technical documentation to support solution delivery. Identify and communicate product gaps and solution trends to internal product and engineering teams to influence future development and mitigate risks
