🚛 We're Hiring: LTL Customer Service Representative | Bogotá, Colombia

We're looking for an experienced LTL Customer Service Representative to support and manage LTL shipments across the United States and Canada, ensuring excellent service, accurate updates, and efficient issue resolution.

💡 Key Responsibilities

  • LTL Shipment Coordination: Monitor and manage LTL shipments from pickup through final delivery, ensuring complete shipment visibility and timely updates.
  • Carrier Communication: Maintain constant communication with carriers, terminals, drivers, customers, and internal teams to track shipment status and resolve service-related issues.
  • Exception Management: Identify and resolve delays, missed pickups, reconsignments, OS&D, accessorials, claims, and other LTL service exceptions, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Customer Support: Provide accurate, proactive, and professional shipment updates while delivering exceptional customer service and managing customer expectations.
  • Documentation & Follow-Up: Maintain accurate shipment records, carrier communications, incident logs, claims documentation, and proof of delivery.
  • Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure shipment details, service requirements, and transportation documentation comply with U.S. and Canadian LTL transportation standards and company procedures.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

  • Advanced English (written and spoken).
  • 2+ years of experience in LTL transportation, freight brokerage, 3PL, domestic transportation, or logistics operations.
  • Strong knowledge of LTL operations, including PRO numbers, transit times, pickups, deliveries, terminals, accessorial charges, claims, and service exceptions.
  • Experience coordinating directly with carriers and customers in a transportation environment.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and resolve operational issues efficiently.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, ownership mentality, and a collaborative approach.
