Principal Engineer

As the Principal Engineer at Hansen Technologies, you will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative new products and services that uniquely solve customer pain points and unmet needs. This is a key role within the R&D organization. You will be the leader by compiling and analyzing operational, test, and research data to establish technical specifications for designing or modifying products and technologies. Success as the Principal Engineer will rely heavily on an understanding of end-market needs and leveraging a structured design approach, while using experience and judgment to develop products and meet goals with minimal supervision.
