Job Description/Responsibilities
As the HR Shared Services Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and HR partners, handling high-volume, routine HR inquiries and transactions. This role focuses on delivering accurate, timely, and customer-focused support across core HR processes using established procedures and knowledge base tools. You will also be responsible for resolving standard requests, ensuring data accuracy, and escalating more complex cases to Tier 2 or Centers of Excellence (COEs) when appropriate. You will contribute to a consistent employee experience and support efficient service delivery within the HR Shared Services model.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver timely, accurate Tier 1 HR support by resolving employee and manager inquiries through established channels and SOPs.
- Maintain compliance and service quality by following HR processes, documentation standards, escalation protocols, and case management guidelines.
- Ensure high data accuracy and efficient transaction processing in Dayforce and related HR systems, including audits and validations.
- Meet key performance targets such as SLA adherence, first-contact resolution, customer satisfaction, and documentation quality.
- Demonstrate strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, multitasking, attention to detail, and time management skills while managing workload effectively.
Qualifications/Requirements
Required:
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience in HR, customer service, or administrative support
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience using HR systems or case management tools (ServiceNow and Dayforce preferred) supporting HR processes in a shared services environment
- Strong organizational skills with ability to follow defined processes accurately

- Bachelor's degree

The hourly range for this role is $25.00 - $37.00. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
