Role Overview

Trend Micro is looking for a customer-centric Volume Account Manager to manage and grow a defined portfolio of volume customers in Korea. This role focuses on driving sustainable revenue through strong customer engagement, renewals, and expansion, while working closely with channel partners and distributors to deliver successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate is organised, relationship-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts while collaborating across internal and partner ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing volume customers, serving as the main point of contact

  • Drive renewals, retention, and incremental growth across the assigned customer base

  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and understand their cybersecurity needs

  • Work closely with channel partners and distributors to execute account strategies and sales motions

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Engineers, Channel, Customer Success) to support customer engagement and solution adoption

  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene

  • Execute structured sales activities across a high-volume account set efficiently and consistently

What You Bring

  • Min 6 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology

  • Experience managing existing accounts and working through channels / distributors

  • Ability to handle volume-driven sales motions with discipline and structure

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Prior experience in the Korea market is an advantage
