Job Description
What you’ll do
In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality care and support to a client living in the Bryncae area. The client has a spinal cord injury and Autonomic Dysreflexia and requires assistance with catheter and bowel care.
You will support the client with personal care, safe manual handling, and a range of day-to-day activities, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
The client lives at home with their family and leads an active social life. They enjoy watching sports, spending time with friends, and getting out and about in the community. We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and proactive individual who can build a positive rapport with the client and support them in achieving their daily goals and enjoying the activities they love.
What we’re looking for:
- Willing to enhance and learn new skills. Experience is not a requirement for this role, although it would be beneficial
- Is happy to work alongside pets, as one of the clients has cats and dogs in the property
- Friendly, caring person who is enthusiastic to help our clients with their daily routines.
- Full UK driving license required.
