- Support HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding and maintaining HR documentation
- Assist in planning and organizing office activities and employee engagement initiatives
- Help with front desk duties and general office coordination
- Manage office supplies, deliveries and inventory to keep things running smoothly
- Organize meetings, company events and travel arrangements
- Maintain internal documentation and filing systems while liaising with vendors when needed

- Currently enrolled in an MBO, HBO or University program such as Business Administration, HR Management or Office Management
- Enrolled for the full duration of the 6‑month internship
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Confident working with Microsoft Office tools
- English C1; Dutch B1 or higher is a plus
- Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Available onsite in Amsterdam at least 4 days per week
