Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in digital transformation, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Unified Cloud, and Data Cloud/Data 360, along with exceptional product management skills and hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
This role requires a strategic product leader who can collaborate across business, engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver scalable, innovative, and customer-centric solutions. The candidate should be comfortable driving product roadmaps, managing backlogs, defining requirements, and translating business objectives into successful product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive product lifecycle management from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
- Lead business case development, market analysis, and product prioritization decisions.
- Identify opportunities for transformation initiatives that improve learner/customer experiences and business outcomes.
- Support product portfolio planning and roadmap execution across multiple teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, design, and operations teams to deliver scalable and extensible software solutions.
- Translate business requirements, user needs, and technology capabilities into detailed product specifications, epics, features, and user stories.
- Define objective requirements, measurable success criteria, and acceptance criteria for development and QA teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of product features while maintaining product quality and business value.
- Drive Agile product management practices and serve as Product Owner where required.
- Own and manage product backlogs using Jira and Confluence.
- Prioritize features, technical debt reduction, platform resiliency improvements, and enhancement requests.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor and report product performance metrics and adoption trends.
- Partner with business stakeholders, engineering, design, operations, and leadership teams to align priorities and objectives.
- Effectively communicate product strategy, roadmaps, progress, risks, and outcomes to executives and stakeholders.
- Manage competing priorities while balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Evaluate external partnerships, vendor solutions, and licensing opportunities.
- Conduct competitive analysis and maintain deep market awareness.
- Lead beta programs, pilot initiatives, and customer validation activities to gather feedback and optimize product offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Solutions Architecture, or related roles.
- Strong experience with Atlassian products including: Jira, Confluence, Agile project management tools.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience within the Salesforce ecosystem as a Product Manager. (Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360, Unified Cloud platforms, Customer Service Transformation solutions, CRM and Customer Experience platforms)
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Experience integrating Salesforce platforms with enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDP), analytics, and cloud-based architectures.
- Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
Technical Fluency
- Ability to understand, discuss, and challenge architectural designs, technical trade-offs, and solution approaches.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud platforms, integration patterns, APIs, and data architecture.
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills. Ability to assess risks, dependencies, and business impacts effectively.
- Data-driven approach to product performance measurement and continuous improvement.
Work Mode: 5 Days in Office
Shift Timing: 11 AM to 8 PM
