Job Description
- Intuitive: making it easy for users to find what they need
- Personalized: tailoring interactions to individual preferences

- Build and deliver impactful features that enhance our AI Assistant capabilities
- Work with modern technologies, including LLM-powered systems and scalable backend services
- Gain experience developing and maintaining large-scale distributed systems
- Take ownership of features from implementation through deployment and production support
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software components across the stack
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering standards
- Debug and resolve production issues to ensure system reliability
- Collaborate with team members to deliver features iteratively and on schedule
- Contribute to technical design discussions and provide input on implementation approaches
- 5+ years working experience in either Java, Python, C++, or any other object-oriented language
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, similar field of study, or equivalent work experience
- Strong software development fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and system design basics
- Experience building and maintaining production systems
- Great collaboration skills in a team environment, and a willingness to help and receive help from others
- Experience working with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Vue, React)
- Exposure to distributed systems or cloud-based architectures
- Interest in AI/ML-powered applications or search technologies
- Passion for building the next generation legal research platform
- A self-starter mindset
