Job Description
The Manager, Enterprise Communications leads Vialto’s most visible, enterprise-wide communications, supporting high-impact initiatives, leadership engagement, and company priorities. This role partners closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business to shape executive communications, lead global leadership moments, and deliver enterprise storytelling and campaigns.
This role sits within the Internal Communications team and reports to the Sr. Manager, Internal Communications. It works closely with HR, Change Management, Regional & Functional Communications, and other stakeholders to ensure enterprise messages are clear, compelling, rooted in corporate strategy, and aligned across the organization.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Enterprise Communications Leadership
- Lead execution and delivery of high-impact, enterprise‑level communications aligned to Vialto’s strategy, behaviors, and priorities.
- Develop integrated communication plans for enterprise‑wide initiatives and key transformation moments.
- Own delivery of communications for high-visibility enterprise initiatives and key company priorities.
- Ensure alignment and consistency of messaging across enterprise initiatives and communications.
Executive Messaging & Alignment
- Partner with the Sr. Manager, Internal Communications and senior leaders to develop and deliver clear, aligned executive messaging.
- Lead execution of executive communications in partnership with the Sr. Manager, Internal Communications, and Vice President, Corporate Communications.
- Ensure consistency and clarity across enterprise, leadership and executive communications.
Global Town Halls & Leader Communications
- Lead content development for Global Town Halls, leadership calls, and leader‑led communications.
- Develop scripts, presentations, and supporting materials that equip leaders to communicate effectively with global audiences.
- Ensure enterprise messaging is clearly and consistently reflected across leadership communications to global audiences.
- Own development and delivery of content and materials that support enterprise leadership communications.
Enterprise Storytelling & Campaigns
- Drive enterprise storytelling that brings company strategy, priorities, and progress to life for a global audience.
- Create pathways to encourage and highlight employee-driven storytelling to the enterprise audience.
- Lead execution of enterprise‑wide communication campaigns that engage employees and reinforce key messages.
- Develop narratives that connect enterprise initiatives into a clear, cohesive story for employees.
- Partner with Regional & Functional Communications to ensure enterprise communications are effectively distributed, amplified, and adapted for regional and functional audiences.
Change & Transformation Communications
- Lead execution of communications for major change and transformation initiatives with clear, timely, actionable, and empathetic communications.
- Translate complex topics into accessible messaging that helps employees understand the “why,” “what,” and “what’s next.”
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and deliver clear, coordinated communication approaches for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Ensure communications support employee understanding, engagement, and adoption during periods of change.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 6+ years in internal, corporate, or enterprise communications, ideally within a global or matrixed organization.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and supporting executive‑level communications in high-visibility, enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering enterprise‑wide communication campaigns or initiatives for global audiences.
- Experience supporting high-visibility, enterprise-level communications, such as executive messaging, global events, or large-scale initiatives.
- Experience supporting organizational change or transformation efforts within complex, global environments strongly preferred.
- Experience using insights, feedback, or data to inform communications and messaging approaches.

Additional Information
- This is a full-time position.
- An expectation of 3-4 days a week in the office.
- Location: New York
- Salary: $120-$130K. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
