Speech Therapist - Crestwood Medical- PRN

Plans, administers, and coordinates speech therapy treatments to patients from all age groups in order to maximize their potential physical functioning.  Performs Modified Barium Swallow evaluations in conjunction with the Radiology department. Contributes to the development of speech therapy policies, setting of standards, and revision of procedures as needed.  Works closely with family members to assure achievement of goals and continuity of care.  Provides documentation of patient progress, reassesses and modifies goals and treatments as needed.
