OBJECTIVES · Support HR activities across Talent Acquisition and Employee Lifecycle Operations for Mumbai and POR scope · Ensure smooth execution of recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration processes · Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR reporting · Support HR systems, learning coordination, and compliance activities · Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes and tools MISSIONS Talent Acquisition · Support hiring processes: job description coordination preparation, CV screening and interview scheduling · Manage candidate communication and maintain recruitment trackers · Assist in offer rollout and hiring documentation Onboarding Employee Lifecycle operations · Coordinate onboarding activities: documentation, system access, and integration · Support employee induction and onboarding experience · Maintain employee records and assist in lifecycle processes (joiners, movers, leavers) · Support HR policies drafting · Generate HR reports and dashboards (headcount, attrition, etc.) · Draft employee letters and handle HR queries Employee Engagement · Assist in organizing engagement initiatives and internal events · Support feedback collection and culture-building actions Compliance Reporting · Support statutory compliance and audit documentation · Assist in HR reporting (monthly, annual, regional/APAC) Learning Systems · Coordinate learning programs and maintain training data for AgeX · Support HR systems (HRMS) and ensure data accuracy Additional Contributions · Participate in HRMS optimization and process improvements · Support policy deployment and employee relations topics KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIRED LEVEL · MBA / PGDM in Human Resources · 1-3 years of work experience · Prior experience or internship in HR is preferred · Basic knowledge of Indian labor laws · Strong organizational and coordination skills · Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders · Analytical mindset with attention to detail · Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities · Proficiency in Excel and HR tools (HRMS knowledge is a plus) · Team player with strong interpersonal skills · Rigorous, organized, and reliable
