Job Description:
Full time | 40 hours/week
- Monday & Wednesday 10:00am -6:30pm
- Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:00am -4:30pm
- Provides speech language pathology services to pediatric outpatients.
- Evaluates patients including subjective and objective information, assessment, and prognosis; establishes effective goals and treatment plans.
- Implements patient-specific treatment plans and modifies as appropriate.
- Develops and provides patient-appropriate education programs, including family participation when necessary.
- Provides clinical supervision to new staff and/or affiliating students.
- Completes and processes insurance and third-party payer information in a timely manner.
- Maintains clinical competency and utilizes safe and appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Speech and Language Pathology.
- Current (or pending) licensure in Speech and Language Pathology in the State of New Hampshire required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) awarded by ASHA required.
- CPR Certification preferred.
- Modified Barium Swallow and/or pediatric feeding experience preferred.
