Job Description
Responsible for leading the implementation, continuous improvement, and strategic management of the company’s training program. This role ensures that training initiatives are effectively aligned with operational goals, regulatory requirements, and employee development needs across all functions. The technician will design and optimize training methods, tools, and materials to enhance workforce performance, compliance, and flexibility. Additionally, this position plays a key role in supporting new product introductions, driving cost-saving and safety initiatives, and leading cross-functional projects that support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts. The Training Technician Level II also mentor’s trainers, evaluates training effectiveness, and ensures the readiness and accuracy of training documentation and infrastructure
